1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
4 Scoops Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Creamy Toffee Pudding Flavour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toasted flaked almonds to roll balls in
Fling everything except the toasted flaked almonds in a bowl and mix well until you get a consistent mixture.
Spoon out onto a piece of cling film and wrap in a tight package.
Now place in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up a bit.
When ready, roll into balls about the size of a walnut and roll in the toasted flaked almonds.
