Ingredients

To make this Vanilla Pumpkin Protein Shake recipe, you will need:


½ cup ice cubes
1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon almond butter
¾ cup milk
60g pumpkin or ½ banana (if you don’t like pumpkin)

Method

In a high-speed blender, add your ice cubes, whey protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, almond butter, milk, and pumpkin
Blend until the shake is thick and creamy
Pour into a tall glass and serve


OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Whipped cream
Sprinkle of cinnamon


STORAGE
Do not store for longer than 12 hours and whisk each time before serving.
