Ingredients

To make this Carrot Cake Protein Balls recipe, you will need:


200g Oat Flour
100g Dates
55g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
50g Finely Grated Carrot need for these Carrot Cake Protein Balls
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg

Method

Soak the dates for at least an hour or more and then drain. Blitz to a paste with a hand blender. Add in everything else and really smooth together until you get a massive ball. It helps to roll it in cling film and whack it in the fridge for an hour to make it easier to handle.
Split the mix and roll into 10 balls to keep your hunger at bay this week.
