Time 4 No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Brownies.

By @Average.geoff

Ingredients

To make this Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Brownies, you will need:

1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
3 Scoops Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavour
2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (I used Meridian Foods because it's freaking amazing!!)
2 Tbsps. Cocoa
Pinch of Sea Salt

Method

If you are so bad at cooking that you burn cereal then this one is for you. Made with 6 ingredients and packed with protein goodness, these are a winner for snack time.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Now add in the wet ingredients and smoosh together to form a firm dough. It should be solid enough to just handle while only leaving a little of the dough on your hands. If it's too soft, add more coconut flour. If it's too dry and crumbly, add more milk.
Squash down into a tin and get it as level as you can.
Refrigerate for at least an hour then cut into 8 brownies, adding a couple of extra peanuts if you want.
