In a saucepan, place the butter and gently heat it.
Once it starts to melt, remove it from the heat and continue stirring, using the residual heat from the pan to finish melting the butter.
Next, add the sugar and stir.
If needed, return the mixture to heat to keep it fluid and stir until the sugar completely dissolves into the butter.
Take the pan off the heat and add the syrup.
Stir until it is well mixed with the butter and sugar.
Add half of the oats and vigorously stir them in until they are fully saturated.
Then add the remaining half of the oats and stir again, making sure to scrape the edges to ensure a consistent mixture.
Include one scoop of Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour powder and vigorously stir it in until it dissolves into the butter mixture effortlessly.
Repeat this step with a second scoop.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
I usually wait until my mixture is ready before turning on the oven, as I find that those few minutes of waiting help the butter syrup saturate the oats more effectively.
Place the mixture into a tray that suits your needs.
If you only have a shallow tray, hold on to a baking tray to prevent the mixture from spilling over.
Bake for 17-23 minutes, depending on the thickness of your tray.

Look for the corners and edges to have started turning golden.
Carefully remove the tray from the oven, as it will be extremely hot.
You should be able to score lines with a knife for slicing without squashing the flapjack.
If you can't create a straight line indentation, bake it for a few more minutes.
Place the tray in the fridge for 10 minutes if you want to enjoy the flapjacks warm, or for 20 minutes if you prefer to slice them cold and store them.
