Ingredients

To make this Time 4 Vanilla Avocado High Protein Pudding recipe, you will need:


2 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
1 Avocado
¼ cup cold water
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ tbsp of coconut butter

Method

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
In a food processor, process the avocado and water.
Add coconut butter, process until smooth.
Add Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream, vanilla extract, and process until smooth.
Refrigerate for 5 mins, serve, and enjoy!
