Taquitos - Small tortillas
Piping bag (alternative; sandwich bag with corner cut off)
Pour and heat oil into a large skillet ¼ of the way.
Roll tortillas into a flute shape and place a cocktail stick through the middle to keep the tortilla in place.
Cook in oil for 2mins or until golden brown and place of kitchen roll to cool and absorb excess oil for 10mins.
