1 Cup (200g) Popcorn Kernels (weighed pre popping)
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup (can be Sugar Free)
50g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour


Place syrup in a bowl and Heat for 30 seconds in a microwave
Add protein powder and mix
Pour onto popcorn and stir
