Ingredients

To make this Carb Pucks High Energy Snack recipe, you will need:


1 ½ cups plain Flour
1 ½ scoops Time 4 Carbs
1 cup milk
4 tbsp Mayonnaise

Method

Pre heat the oven to 350F (175C)
Grease a muffin pan
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, carb powder, milk, and Mayonnaise
Spoon mixture into muffin pan cups (2 tbsp per cup)
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until nicely puffed and browned

Fridge – store for up to 5 days.
