Time 4 Chocolate Coconut Protein Bars

Ingredients

To make this delicious Chocolate Coconut Protein Bar recipe, you will need:


120g Dark Chocolate
1 Tsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut (unsweetened) ground to powder
1/3 Cup desiccated Coconut
70g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
3 Heaped Tbsp Coconut Cream (chill a tin of full fat coconut cream overnight to get this)
2-3 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

Method

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients
Add all wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Roll / form into "bars"
Freeze for 1 hour
Melt 120g dark chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil
Coat the bars in the chocolate and chill to set
Enjoy and try not to eat in one sitting...
