To make this delicious High Protein Vanilla Snickers High Protein Biscuit recipe, you will need:

3/4 packet digestive biscuits
4 tbsp of butter
6 tbsp of Peanut Butter
6 Snickers bars
2 scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour


Grease a cake tin and set to one side
Blend up digestive biscuit in a blender and place a large mixing bowl
Melt 2 tbsp of butter and add to blended biscuits and mix
Add buttered biscuit mixture to the cake tin and press down firmly
Melt the peanut butter and pour on top of biscuit mixture in the cake tin and smooth over covering all the biscuit
Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan and melt, add Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour and mix
Add the snickers bars to the pan and melt gently, stirring constantly
Once completely melted, add the snickers mixture to the cake tin and smooth over covering the peanut butter
Add any additional toppings and place in fridge for 3 hours
Slice and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
