Time 4 Apple & Cinnamon Cream of Rice Cake

To make this Cream of Rice Cake Recipe, you will need:
2 scoops of Time 4 Cream of Rice (Creamy Vanilla Flavour)
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 pouch (70 g) Ella's kitchen Apple puree


Mix Time 4 Cream of Rice with enough water to make a runny but creamy batter. Stir in bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon. Mix well.
Squeeze blobs of Apple puree onto the mixture.
Gently run a knife through the Apple puree blobs to spread it.
Do not mix it in as we want moist Apple puree areas left after cooking
Heat in a microwave for about 65 seconds or until just set.
Serve while still warm
