Ingredients

To make this Salted Caramel Whey Protein Biscuits recipe, you will need:


2 scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour
2 eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup smooth Peanut Butter
Finely chopped caramel pieces (optional)
Caramel sauce
Pecan nuts

Method

Preheat the oven to 175c (fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients including caramel pieces (optional) until fully combined.
Using a medium scoop or tablespoon, scoop the batter onto the prepared baking tray, making sure the biscuits are at least 2 inches apart.
Flatten the biscuits with a fork to make the criss-cross pattern on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 mins, or until the biscuits begin to brown.
Allow to cool on the baking tray for 10 mins then transfer to a wire racket and top with caramel sauce and pecan nuts.
Place in fridge for a further 10mins to harden the caramel then serve.
