Ingredients

To make this Banana Protein Loaf recipe, you will need:


1 Banana (100g)
2 Eggs
35g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour
50g Blueberries
1 tsp Baking Powder

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
These can either be poured into muffin cases or a lined loaf tin depending on if you’re making it for 1 person or doubling ingredients for 2
Mash your banana, whisk in your eggs, once combined stir in the Time 4 Whey Protein Professional and baking powder until combined, fold in the blueberries and pour into the case you’re using
Cook for 15 mins
Can be eaten warm out the oven or after cooling. Can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days and enjoyed cold
