Ingredients

To make this Triple Chocolate Brownie Whey Cream Frosty recipe, you will need:


½ cup ice cubes
1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Triple Chocolate Brownie Flavour
1 tbsp Skinny Food Co. Chocolate Syrup
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
60g brownie pieces (Homemade using Skinny Food Co. Chocolate Brownie Mix)
30ml water

Method

In a high-speed blender, add your ice cubes, Time 4 Whey Protein Professional, chocolate syrup, granulated sugar and mix on high speed for 20secs
Add in ice and brownie pieces and blend on high speed for 30-40secs
Pour into a tall glass, decorate as you wish and serve
