Vanilla Banana Whey Protein Cakes

Ingredients

100g Time 4 Whey Protein Vanilla Coconut Milk
30g Organic Rolled Oats
2 Ripe Mashed Bananas
3 Large Egg Whites
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Caps of Vanilla Extract

Method

1) Mix.
2) Add in small amounts of skimmed milk until a thick "cake like" consistency then pour in each cake holder.
3) Bake them on 150 degrees (fan oven) for 30 minutes.
