1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 serving of Time 4 Nutrition chocolate mousse protein powder
Handful of raspberries & blackberries
Some small shavings of dark chocolate


Heat the oats, milk and cocoa in a pan and when hot turn off the heat. Mix in the protein powder and place in a bowl.
Top with some fresh raspberries and blackberries and the chocolate.
