Ingredients

2 Scoops Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Double Chocolate Mousse Flavour
130g (1 cup) Almond Milk
1 tsp Xantham Gum
1 tsp Cocoa

Method

Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the Milk slowly until its smooth like Barry whites voice.
Either get munching there and then or whack it in the fridge for 30 minutes for extra thickness.

Xantham Gum will be knocking about in the baking aisle and you can use any Milk but it will change the macros....as will any obscene toppings you add because you trained twice that day.
