Time 4 Vanilla Crumble High Protein Dessert
To make this Vanilla Crumble High Protein Dessert recipe, you will need:
2 ½ cup Rice Krispies cereal
2 scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
5 tbsp Peanut Butter Powder
3 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Flaxseed
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
3 tbsp Water
½ bar of Cooking Chocolate
1/8 tsp Coconut oil
Line an 8 ½ x 4 ½” pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later
Mix all ingredients except rice Krispies cereal in a bowl – peanut butter powder, peanut butter, Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream, flax seed, maple syrup and water
Add rice Krispies cereal and fold until combined
Spread in a pan and use spoon/spatula to smoothen
Place in freezer to harden for 15minutes
Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring after each removal until completely melted.
Let it cool for 30 seconds after it has completely melted to stiffen up slightly.
Spread over mixture from the freezer and transfer back in when completely covered for a further 15 minutes.
Remove from freezer and break into snack size pieces and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days
