To make this Vanilla Ice Cream, Mango and Tajin Protein Shake recipe, you will need:

1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
½ Mango diced

In a blender (I use a Vitamix). Pour in the water and Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder and blitz for 30 seconds.
Add in your diced mango, squeeze in your lime and blitz until smooth.
Let the shake rest while you prep your glass.
Sprinkle out enough Tajin to cover the rim of your glass into a small bowl then lightly wet the rim of the glass and dip it straight into the tajin for 15-30secs.
