Time 4 Vanilla Apple Crisp

Ingredients

To make this Vanilla Apple Crisp High recipe, you will need:


CRISP TOPPING
1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
¼ cup brown sugar


APPLE FILLING
4 large apples sliced
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch

Method

Preheat the oven to 350F and coat a 9 x 13” pan with nonstick spray
Heat coconut oil for about 30 seconds in the microwave until warm
Combine all of the crisp topping ingredients and mix well
Mix the apples, cornstarch, cinnamon and brown sugar together and add the filling to the pan and then top with the crisp mixture
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the apple filling is bubbling and the oat mixture is crunchy
Remove from oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes before serving
