Time 4 Biscoff Banana Cake

To make this Biscoff Banana Cake recipe, you will need:

5 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
100ml of Milk of choice
200g Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
60g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel flavour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Biscoff Spread for topping


Preheat your oven to 180°c and line a baking tin with olive oil.
Mash up 5 Bananas
Mix the mashed Banana with everything else, if you want nice chunks of banana in your cake, leave a few lumps in.
Pour your mix into the tin.
Leave in the oven for about 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Leave to cool for about 10 minutes and then on a wire rack until completely cool.

Melt a teaspoon of Biscoff Spread in microwave for 20 seconds and drizzle over the banana cake as a topping, enjoy.
