Salted Caramel Protein Cookies

Ingredients

To make this Salted Caramel Protein Cookies recipe, you will need:


½ cup Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel flavour
1 ½ cups plain flour
¾ cup butter softened
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat.
Add the butter and sugar to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
Mix them until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk and blend until it’s creamy.
Add baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix until combined.
Add flour and blend until incorporated follow that by adding the Salted Caramel Whey Protein and ensure that to is also fully incorporated.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to 72 hours.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator.
Use a cookie s coop to form balls of dough, and drop them 2 apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Allow them to cool about 1 minute on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
