Ingredients

To make this Cream of Rice Raspberry Jam Energy Biscuits recipe, you will need:


1 ½ scoop Time 4 Cream of Rice Raspberry Jam Flavour
1 cup butter, softened.
1 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ cups plain flour
¼ teaspoon salt

Method

Pre heat oven 175C and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper
Beat the butter and sugar until light fluffy
Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined
Add flour, Time 4 Cream of Rice Raspberry Jam and salt and mix until well incorporated
Divide dough into 3 portions
Roll out each portion and cup into the shapes you would like your biscuits and place on parchment paper ensuring biscuits are around an inch apart
Place biscuits in the fridge for an hour
Remove trays from the fridge and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes and biscuits have a golden-brown top
Remove biscuits from the oven and transfer to wire rack
Let cool for a few minutes before decorating with your choice of topping
Serve and enjoy!
