To make this Jaffa Cake Mars Crunch High Protein Treat recipe, you will need:

2 cups frosted flakes (Frosties)
¼ cup melted butter or Coconut Oil
30g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Jaffa Cake Flavour
6 Mars bars


Place a sheet of parchment paper and a tray and set aside
Chop up Mars bars into small pieces (it will melt easier) and place in a bowl
Start by melting the butter or heating the oil in a pan and mix in slowly the Time 4 Nutrition Jaffa Cake Whey Protein powder
Add in chopped Mars bar pieces and melt slowly, constantly stirring until fully melted
Once melted place frosted flakes into a large bowl and add your melted mixture
Stir flakes until fully combined and mixture starts to become stiff
Pour mixture onto parchment paper and push down firmly
Finish with topping of choice and place into fridge for 3 hours
Remove from fridge, slice and enjoy!
