Time 4 Homemade Protein Bars

Ingredients

To make this Homemade Protein Barsrecipe, you will need:


120g Rolled Oats
100g Meridian Crunchy Peanut Butter/Almond (any Nut Butter)
60g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Creamy Toffee Pudding flavour
125ml - Skimmed Milk/Almond Milk/Coconut Milk (whatever you fancy)
Dark Chocolate
(80% or at least 75%)
Any Nuts (I used Hazelnuts) - Handful

Method

Let's get making these homemade protein bars, place Time 4 Whey Creamy Toffee Pudding and Oats into large bowl; mix together
Add Milk and Peanut Butter and mix together until evenly mixed
Add Chocolate & Nuts
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and drizzle a touch of Coconut Oil
Spread mixture onto paper (1-3cm thickness- your preference)
Place in fridge for 30 minutes
Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees C (gas mark 5) 10-12 minutes in oven.
