Ingredients

To make this delicious Time 4 Salted Caramel Protein Parcels recipe you will need the following ingredients:

COATING
100g Dark Chocolate 74%
1 Tbsp Tahini

FILLING
30g Almond Butter
30g Greek Yoghurt
40g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour

Method

Melt together the ingredients for the coating and use half the mixture in the bottom of 6 silicone muffin moulds (I used the teeny tiny ones to get 12 instead of 6).
For the filling add the Almond butter and Yoghurt In a bowl and mix until schmoooooth.
Add the Protein Powder and mix to a cookie dough consistency…… you could totally eat this on its own 🤷🏼‍♀️ (just saying!!).
Roll and flatten into 6 discs (or 12 if you make the smaller version).
Press these into the set chocolate.

Top with the remaining melted chocolate making sure to cover the sides and place in the freezer to set.

Keep in the fridge to resist the urge to eat in one sitting.

(Options…. Replace the almond butter with Biscoff if you’re feeling a little naughty.
Try a different yoghurt or use plant milk…. Let your imagination run wild!)
