If you love a Costa Caramel Frostino as much as I do this is for you!

Bonus is it's high in protein and low in sugar (unlike the real deal, but tastes just as amazing ).

300ml almond milk
30g <Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour

150g of Ice

Skinnyfoodco Salted Caramel Syrup

Method

Pour 300ml almond milk into a blender (ideally)
Add 30g Time 4 Nutrition Creamy Toffee Pudding Whey Protein Powder
150g Ice

Salted Caramel Syrup Blitz it all together (apart from the syrup). Drizzle a glass with the syrup.

Pour, add straw and enjoy your Caramel Frostino!
