50g of Oats
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
100ml Water
1/2 Banana
1/2 Tsp of Cacao Powder
50g Frozen Raspberries
2 scoops of Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Lemon Meringue Pie Flavour


Mix the Oats, Almond Milk, Banana and Raspberries into 100ml of water, Sprinkle in the Cacao Powder and cook.
When the porridge is cooked finally add the delicious Lemon Merignue pie Whey Protein to finish off this tasty Breakfast.
