Ingredients

To make this Salted Caramel Protein Rice Pudding recipe, you will need:


2 scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups skimmed milk
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method

Combine rice and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat
Cover pan
Once it begins to boil, uncover, and lower heat
Simmer over the low heat for 30-35mins, stirring frequently, until the rice has completely softened
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly
Add sea salt and maple syrup and mix well
Add in Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Whey Protein and mix well
Serve warm or let cool and refrigerate
Enjoy!
