Ingredients

Coming back today with a full on view of my balls.
These Banoffee Protein Balls are ridiculously soft and sweet with a hard chocolate shell that will see you popping out to buy more bananas to make more!

To make this Banoffee Protein Balls recipe, you will need:

200g Mashed Banana
150g Dates
72g Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour
150g Ground Almonds
25g Coconut Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
75g Dark Chocolate

Method

Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes then drain and blitz into a smooth paste with a hand blender. Mix with everything else except the chocolate.

The mix will be wet but you should be able to form it into 12 balls. Dampening your hands may help. If it is too wet, add a little more coconut flour.

Freeze the balls for at least an hour. Melt the chocolate then dip the balls in, rolling them around and letting the excess chocolate drain back into the bowl.
Keep in the fridge and wait about an hour before eating the first one so you get the maximum gooey effect!!
