Time 4 Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles.

By @Average.Geoff

Ingredients

To make this Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles, you will need:

100g Dark Chocolate (85% cocoa or above)

1 Scoop (18g) Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavour

10g Coconut Flour

10g Peanut Butter (I used Meridian Foods as it's bloody amazing)

Method

These, if I say so myself, are a teeny bit special!!
Very simple to put together and very decadent with a little protein goodness with their hard chocolate shell and doughy centre.
These are amazing if you want to give a fitness fanatic a different gift.

First step is to get a silicone ice cube tray. You can choose any shape that you want for your chocs but I got a 10 cube silicone tray that was perfect at only £1 from Tesco...a quid people!!

Melt your chocolate in a Bain Marie or microwave.

Spoon a small amount into each mould and spread it up the sides to create the shell.

Pop it in the fridge to cool. You will have chocolate left, don't eat it yet
😁
Whilst that's cooling, mix everything else together in a bowl and add just enough water to make a doughy consistency that you can handle.

Squish small amounts into each chocolate shell making sure to leave enough room to pour the bottoms on with some more chocolate.

Once they're all covered, whack in the freezer for at least an hour. This is vital as when you want to take them out of the mould, You want them to be firm and not snap.

Once you pop them onto a tray, line them up close to each other and using a teaspoon, quickly drizzle the remaining teaspoon of chocolate over them to make them double fancy!

Keep them in the fridge...Or your belly!!!
