Ingredients

4 Scoops of Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Lemon Meringue Pie Flavour
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
150g Quark
2 Cups Oat Flour
2-4 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Freeze Dried Raspberry Bits

Method

Double easy snacks today that need so little time it's unreal. This one calls for quark which you can find in the cheese section of markets.

Mix everything together until consistent then roll into about 12 walnut sized balls and put them in the fridge until they are nice and cold.
