Ingredients

To make this Salted Caramel Protein Breakfast Cereal recipe, you will need:


1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 ¼ cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp oil

Method

Mix the flour, protein powder and baking powder together in a bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and oil
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together to combine, don’t over mix
Spray pan with oil to avoid your pancakes sticking and cook on a medium heat
Drop penny size circles of batter into the pan and cook for 1min 30secs on one side then 30 seconds on the other and keep repeating until you have enough to fill just under half of a cereal bowl and let cool
Add milk and enjoy!
