Time 4 Triple Chocolate Brownie Protein Crunch Balls
To make this Triple Chocolate Brownie Protein Crunch Balls recipe, you will need:
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Triple Chocolate Brownie Flavour
¼ cup honey
¼ golden syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 lightly rice cakes
¼ cup salted peanuts
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
Prepare a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
In a medium bowl mix together the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth
Crumble in the rice cakes and mix
Crush the peanuts and add into the bowl, then stir the mixture until all the ingredients are fully combined
Using roughly 2 tbsp of the mixture, form between 6-10 well packed balls and place onto the baking tray
(number of balls will depend on the size you roll the balls)
In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15 second increments until smooth and glossy
Place a tsp of the chocolate on top of each ball and add any additional toppings as required
Place the baking tray in the fridge for 40 minutes so the mixture settles and becomes tight
Serve and enjoy!
Can be kept in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
