Time 4 Bourbon Cheesecake Protein Bites

Ingredients

To make our Time 4 Bourbon Cheesecake Protein Bites, you will need:

15 Bourbon Biscuits
125g Low Fat Cream Cheese
108g (4 scoops) Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Double Chocolate Mousse
70g Chocolate (take your pick)

Method

Put the Bourbon Biscuits in a sandwich bag and wallop with a rolling pin until smashed to a crumby smoosh
Empty into a bowl, add the Cream Cheese and Protein Powder and mix until consistent. Form it into a big ball, wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for an hour or more.
When you are ready to take it out of the fridge, melt your Chocolate.
Roll the mix into 12 balls and dip into the Chocolate.
You can finish by getting a pinch of Biscuit Crumb and sprinkling on top whilst the Chocolate is still setting.
