Time 4 Cream of Rice Vanilla Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

To make this Cream of Rice Vanilla Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins recipe, you will need:

2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/3 vegetable oil
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup chocolate chips
2 scoops Time 4 Cream of Rice Creamy Vanilla Flavour


Preheat oven to 400F and place 12 muffin cups in a muffin tray
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, Time 4 Cream of Rice Creamy Vanilla and chocolate chips into a stand mixer
Add milk, oil and egg into the flour mixture and stir until uniformed
Do not over mix
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and top with remaining chocolate chips
Bake for 15-20mins or until toothpick inserted in the centre of a muffin comes out clean
Remove from tray and allow to cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes

Crushed nuts

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
