To make this Jaffa Cake Protein Oat Roll recipe, you will need:
½ cup chocolate chips
Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Jaffa Cake Flavour
¼ cup smooth Peanut Butter
1 tbsp light butter
1/3 cup almond milk (may need to be increased depending on the size of your oats as they absorb differently, depending on size)
3 cups rolled oats
Place a sheet of parchment paper and a tray and set aside
Add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter to a saucepan, melt and mix together
Add almond milk, Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Jaffa Cake and mix until fully combined
Place oats in a large bowl and pour over the mixture combine util fully coated
Pour onto parchment sheet and place in fridge for 1hr 30mins until mixture is soft to firm
Take out tray from fridge and roll oats sheet from one end to the other, peeling back the parchment paper as you roll
When you have a completed roll, wrap in parchment paper again and place in fridge for a further 1hr and 30mins
Remove from fridge, cut into slices and enjoy!
Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
