Time 4 Vanilla Swirl Protein Cake

Ingredients

To make this Vanilla Swirl Protein Cake recipe, you will need:


1 cup rolled oats
3 egg white
2 scoops of Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
3 tsp granulate sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon
120ml water

Method

Preheat the oven to 325 F (165 C)
Blend the oats, egg whites and water until the consistency is smooth (I use a Vitamix)
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Whisk it together with the Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla ice Cream and half of the sugar
The mixture should be like thick pancake batter
Pour half of the batter into a small non-stick pan and sprinkle half the cinnamon plus the rest of the sugar
Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon
Pull a knife through the batter a few times to slightly mix in the cinnamon and sugar
Bake for 25mins and let it rest for a few minutes before serving

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days
