To make this Raspberry Smoothie Protein Gummies recipe, you will need:

1 ½ cups water
1 ½ cups Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Raspberry Smoothie Flavour
¼ cup lemon juice
4 tbsp Gelatine


Mix the water and Time 4 Nutrition Raspberry Smoothie Whey protein in a saucepan
Place on low heat (do not overheat) and mix in the lemon juice
Slowly add 1 tbsp of gelatine at a time, making sure to mix completely before adding more
Remove from heat and pipe or spoon into a cooking mould or an ice cube tray
Rest in the fridge for 2hours until firm
Remove from fridge and the moulds then serve

Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
