Ingredients

To make this Monster Pancake Stack recipe, you will need:


1/4 Cup Plain Flour
1/4 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Cocoa
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg

Topping
25g Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Double Chocolate Mousse Flavour
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Method

If you want the super tall, fluffy ones like in the photo just spoon in 1 1/2 tbsp of mix into a greased egg ring in the pan and flip once the top is covered with bubbles.
Mix up all the pancake ingredients and drop spoonful's into the pan and flip once the top is covered in bubbles.
Stack up and top with the mixed up Time 4 Whey Double Chocolate Mousse and Yoghurt, along with some Fruit and maybe a little naughtiness.
