Time 4 No Bake Coconut Protein Cookies

Ingredients

To make this delicious Coconut Protein Cookies recipe, you will need:


200g Oat Flour (Ground up Oats)
3 Scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
35g Dark Chocolate Chips
25g Dessicated Coconut
25g Honey
75ml Milk

Method

So you put everything in a bowl then mix it all up until you get a consistent, stiff dough.
Divide into 8 cookies, roll into balls then flatten down on a baking sheet with your hand.
Whack them in the fridge for 30 mins to firm up and that’s it!
If you want to be extra fancy, melt 2 small squares of Dark Chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
