Skyr Yoghurt
3 Scoops of Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein Any Flavour Choice
Frozen Blueberries
Granola

Method

If mornings are all a bit much sometimes, today’s super simple protein bowl will get you sorted.
Simply grab some Skyr yoghurt and mix in some Time 4 Nutrition Whey Protein. I used 3 scoops of Lemon Meringue Pie Flavour (a-maz-ing!!).
Finally, top with some fruit goodies and a bit of crunch. I used frozen blueberries which go sooooo well with the lemon meringue and then dropped in some homemade granola.
