Time 4 Salted Caramel Protein Cookies

Ingredients

To make this Salted Caramel Protein Cookies recipe, you will need:


2 medium bananas soft
80g rolled oats
30g almond or peanut butter
2 scoops of Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Salted Caramel Flavour
40g dark choc chips or 35g of low sugar jam

Method

Set oven to 160 degrees
Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork
Add oats (you can blend these if you want a finer consistency), almond or peanut butter and whey and mix together.
If making chocolate chip ones stir these in also.
Split mixture into 8 equal cookies on a tray lined with baking paper (mixture does not spread so shape them now)
If making jam ones make an indent in each with a teaspoon and add jam equally to each
Bake for 10-12 mins and cool on a wire rack
