Time 4 Raspberry Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients

To make this Time 4 Raspberry Marshmallow Squares recipe, you will need:


2 scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Raspberry Smoothie Flavour
3 tbsp Butter
6 cups marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispie

Method

Spray a 9x13” pan with coconut oil and set aside.
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the better
Once its melts, add the marshmallows and stir often until it’s smooth and all the lumps have gone.
Remove from heat and add Time 4 Nutrition raspberry Smoothie Whey Protein (work this in quickly as the marshmallows will start to toughen up)
Add in Rice Krispies and mix until fully combined.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and press down with the back of your spoon or spatula
Place in fridge and leave to sit for 1 – 2 hours until firm

Melted chocolate
Cake icing
