Vanilla Coconut Bounty Balls

Ingredients

1/2 a cup of Time4Nutrition Vanilla Coconut Milk protein powder
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup organic coconut milk
1/4 cup organic coconut flour
Dark cooking chocolate (70-100%)
1 tablespoon organic extra virgin coconut oil.

Method

1) Mix all ingredients (except the coconut oil and dark choc) in a bowl
2) melt the coconut oil and the dark choc in a bowl over boiling water
3) roll the mixture made into balls and dip in the melted choc
4) place in the fridge for a few hours until the choc has set
5) enjoy!!!!
