Time 4 Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

To make this Time 4 Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats recipe, you will need

1/2 cup of rolled oats or oat clusters (50g)
2 tsp Chia Seeds (6g)
2 tbsp strawberry jam (28g)
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or diary-free yogurt (70g)
½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 scoop of Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Strawberries & Cream
¼ cup of water or semi-skimmed milk

Optional toppings:
Brownie pieces
Chopped almonds
Whipped cream


1. Add ½ cup or rolled oats or clusters, 2tsp Chia seeds, 2tbsp Strawberry jam, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries, 1 scoop or Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Strawberries & Cream and ¼ cup of water into a bowl

2. Stir to combine the ingredients and pour into a mason jar or breakfast bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight

3. When you are ready to eat, remove from the fridge. You will see the oats absorbed a lot of the liquid, so you might want to add a little more water or milk of your choice.

4. If desired top with additional fresh berries, chopped nuts, brownie pieces or whipped cream.

Note: These overnight oats if kept in the fridge can last up to 3 days.
