Sweet Potato Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

800g Mashed Sweet Potato
100g 85% Dark Chocolate (melted)
30g Coconut Oil (melted)
6 tsp Dark Cocoa Powder
125g Time 4 Whey Protein Vanilla Coconut Milk
3 Egg Whites

Method

1) Mix these together and then add 50g chopped dark chocolate.
2) Pour into a tray lined with grease proof paper.
3) Put the oven on 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 24 bites
