Time 4 Strawberries & Cream Cloud Protein Bread

To make this Strawberries & Cream Cloud Protein Bread recipe, you will need:

3 egg whites
1 scoop of Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Strawberries & Cream Flavour
2½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp plain Flour


Pre-heat oven to 300F
Whip egg whites with a mixer until big bubbles form
Add in sugar
Whip egg whites and sugar until small bubbles form
Add Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Strawberries & Cream powder
Whip until smooth and full absorbed
Add plain flour and whip again until mixture becomes thicker and stiff peaks form
Pour egg white mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and form into a loaf or mound
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving

Milk/Dark chocolate spread
Marshmallow fluff

Storage: store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
