Ingredients

To make this Time 4 Raspberry Smoothie Protein Breakfast Bowl you will need:
1 Scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Raspberry Smoothie Whey
1 banana
100ml coconut milk (or any other alternative)
Handful of frozen berries
Handful of Granola

Method

1. Put the berries in a bowl and cover with boiling water
2. Once berries have thawed, add all ingredients (except granola) to the blender
3. Blend until a smooth consistently
4. Pour into a bowl and add granola on top
